Jayson wins again at World Magic Seminar

Jayson will perform during the month of November at the Edgewater Hotel and Casino with Jeff McBride.  Come out and see Jayson at the Edgewater on Beautiful Lake Mead!

 11/04 Jayson wins again!  Jayson's Act The Sorceress' Apprentice wins the stage contest at the fun Daytona Festival of Magic.  A fun time was had by all as it was a great opportunity to see many friends again.  Much thanks to Irv Cook and Harry Allen who did a great job on this convention.

 8/9/2004 2004 Abbott's 67th Get Together:  Jayson wins 1st Place for the Stage Contest AND the People's Choice Award.  The Sorceress' Apprentice is a huge crowd pleaser at this year's convention.  Jayson performed in the matinee show, for a packed house filled with native Colon residents, as well as magicians.  Thanks to Abbott's for a great get together.  

7/5/2004 2004 International Brotherhood of Magicians People's Choice Award Winner:  Jayson did an outstanding performance at the  historic Palace Theatre in Cleveland where he performed in the Gold Medal Finals.  Jayson earned the Award of Merit and by audience vote won the honored People's Choice Award.  Many thanks to those who worked so hard to make this convention a success.

  

5/2004 Jayson performs for the summer reading programs across Louisiana.  Jayson can be seen performing in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Jefferson Parish.  Please check the summer reading websites for times and places! 4/3/2004  JAYSON PERFORMS AT ART IN THE PARK: Jayson performed for Art in the Park, at Bogue Falaya Park.  Closing a day of fun filled stage events, Jayson performed A Magical Journey for families.  Cards became collector's items as fans collected them and autographs as well.  Check the calendar for future performances!

 

3/31/2004 SLIDELL MEMORIAL HOSPITAL'S DOCTOR'S DAY CELEBRATION:  Jayson performed his fun acts, The Kitchen Magician and The Sorcerer's Apprentice, for the staff physicians at Slidell Memorial Hospital.  They especially enjoyed his walk around magic, where everyone was amazed for the afternoon.

  

 
 

10/20/2003 JAYSON PERFORMS IN LAS VEGAS: Jayson had the pleasure of performing for the Wizard's and Witches ball at the Wonder Dome in Las Vegas.  His Linking Ropes and Rings were a huge success.  In attendance were Eugene Burger,  Jeff McBride, Apollo, Patrick Martin, Luna Shimada and many more.

7/10/2003 JAYSON WINS THE 2003 GENII AWARD:  Jayson performed his act The Sorcerer's Apprentice, at the 2003 SAM Convention in Las Vegas and was honored by being chosen to receive the Genii Award. The Genii Award is presented "in recognition of great potential shown in a winning personality and performance in the field of the Magical Arts." The convention ran from July 7-10 at the Riviera Hotel, with such headliners as Jeff McBride,  Eugene Burger, Ice McDonald, The Gamesters, Larry Wilson, Victor and Diamond and Goldfinger and Dove.  See Jayson in the September issue of Genii Magazine and see convention photos here.

  
 

01/20/03 JAYSON WINS 3RD PLACE AT THE WORLD MAGIC SEMINAR:  Jayson is the youngest competitor to win an award at the 2003 World Magic Seminar teen competition in Las Vegas. After a flawless performance of the Sorcerer's Apprentice before some of the most acclaimed names in magic, Jayson is awarded 3rd place in this internationally acclaimed and prestigious competition.  Congratulations on a fine performance, Jayson. 1/20/03  JAYSON PERFORMS AT THE WEEKEND OF WONDER IN LAS VEGAS: The Weekend of Wonder was held 1/17/03-1/19/03 at the Las Vegas Magical Arts Center.  Jayson performed his award winning act The Sorcerer's Apprentice to close the Friday night Gala Show, and his amusing Kitchen Magician act in the Saturday night Gala Show.  Jayson performed on stage in the Wonder Dome with magical greats such as Jeff McBride, Eugene Burger, Dirk Losander, Allen Ackerman, Joan Ducour and Danny Hill.
